with at least six bowling machines and batting

massive investment will change the way Berbice
cricketers can practice, It will also assist the
county’s youth cricketers to further hone their
batting skills.
The bowling machines having already arrived in
the county ate being systematically rolled out
to the West Berbice, New Amsterdam, Canje,
Lower and Upper Corentyne areas. Further
efforts are also being made to secure additional
machines.

will be placed in its individual batting cage.
Construction of the batting cages is being
sponsored by Peter Lewis Construction in
association with Dr Alstein Denbow to the
tune of G$1.1 million. The cages are being
constructed by Navin Raghoo.
